There are also many options available for toilets and vanities, such as try using a floating toilet or a floating vanity with an oval or trough style sink.   Try a rounded vanity or enclosed glass shower.

Choose a larger mirror and if you have a window, let the natural light shine in,  this will also give the appearance of a larger space.
